Specialist groups within RAS

International Consortium of Robotic Astronomical Researchers

Martin Nicholson is continuing to develop a series of astronomical projects that have the potential to bring individual and group recognition to the participants. The projects promote activities that can lead to successful discoveries in various astronomical disciplines. The Remote Astronomical Society is participating as a scientific resource to facilitate the discovery activities of ICRAR. ICRAR also has an active on-line newsgroup.

This group was founded in October 2005. Most of the groups activities are conducted though a Yahoo group which can be accessed here.
