M110 - Galaxy in Andromeda

This image was created by median combining 7 x 90 second unfiltered images taken with a Takahashi Epsilon 250 with SBIG ST-8XE CCD. The image has been cut down to be 15 x 15 arc minutes in size.

M110 (NGC 205) is a satellite galaxy of the Andromeda galaxy M31. Although discovered by Messier in August 1773 he never included this object in his catalogue and it was only added in 1966.
