It was hard to decide if I should include named individuals in this section of my web site. I am well aware that there are some who would regard the making of any critical comments - particularly without giving the target the automatic right of reply - as unacceptable and for many years I have resisted the temptation to share my concerns with friends and colleagues in the amateur astronomy hobby.
