The variable star at the top is W Aqr - RA 20:46:23 and Dec -04:05:02 - towards the right is Y Aqr and towards the bottom is T Aqr
There are many high quality sites dealing with variable stars in all their manifestations. Top of my list must be that of the American Association of Variable Star Observers (AAVSO) but the British Astronomical Association, the Chandra X-Ray Observatory and of course Wikipedia are also well worth a look.
There is a picture of me at the joint AAVSO/BAA meeting held in Cambridge in 2008 - back row, right hand end, in the green and white jumper.
